For the purchase of your used devices or items (computers, computer accessories, consumer electronics, smartphones, tablets, etc.) that are included in our selection menu and the contractual relationship between you and us at JuRec-IT Social & Green Remarketing GmbH, these general terms and conditions apply exclusively.

We do not recognize any terms and conditions of the contractual partner that conflict with or deviate from our terms and conditions unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

§2 Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, purchase procedure

2.1 Contractual partner

The purchase contract is concluded between you as the seller and JuRec-IT Social & Green Remarketing GmbH as the buyer.

2.2 Purchase procedure

You would like to sell us your used device or IT hardware components.

To do this, you must select your item in our selection menu on our purchase platform and provide correct and truthful information about your item.

To process the purchase, we require your first name, your surname, your address and your bank details for payment of the agreed purchase price or, if you have selected the PayPal payment option, your PayPal e-mail address.

If you select the PayPal payment method, we would like to point out that the transaction fees are to be borne by the seller.

The data must be complete and correct. If this data changes, you are obliged to update your details immediately.

We only purchase devices or items that are listed in our product catalog.

If your device or item is not listed in our selection menu, you can send us an e-mail to info@re-it.shop or via the contact form and provide us with information about your item.

2.3 "Provisional purchase value" as "minimum purchase price"

Based on your correct information, a provisional purchase price for your item will be calculated and displayed. The provisional purchase price shown is the minimum purchase price at which you wish to sell your item to us and is valid for 14 days. At the end of the 14 days, our offer expires and if you still wish to sell the item to us, you must submit a new purchase offer at the end of the period. When buying from private individuals, no VAT is shown. If the seller is a commercial seller, the statutory VAT will be shown on the purchase.

2.4 Your offer to us

If you agree to the provisional purchase value, confirm this by clicking on "Sell now".

Your offer is legally binding. You are bound by it.

From a provisional purchase value with a minimum amount of Euro 100.00 from Germany, Euro 200.00 from EU countries, you will receive a free shipping label from us, which you must print out and use to send us the item or items at your own risk within 14 days.

Upon receipt of your goods, you make us a binding offer to purchase your items at the provisional purchase value as a minimum purchase price.

2.5 Inspection of your items and valuation

When we receive your goods, we will check your items. This concerns the current condition, functionality, equipment and accessories and comparison with the data provided by you. Based on our inspection, we will determine the value of the items you have sent us.

2.6 Acceptance of your offer

We are not obliged to accept your offer.

2.6.1 Determination of value corresponds to "minimum purchase price"

If our valuation corresponds to the provisional purchase value as the minimum purchase price, we will accept your offer to sell your items. We will inform you of this by e-mail and arrange payment by bank transfer to your bank account or via PayPal.

2.6.2 Determination of value higher than the minimum purchase price

If our valuation results in a higher price than the provisional purchase value as the minimum purchase price, we will accept your offer to sell your items at the higher value determined by us. We will inform you of this by e-mail and arrange payment by transfer to your bank account or via PayPal.

2.6.3 Determination of value lower than minimum purchase price - counter offer

If our valuation results in a lower price than the provisional purchase value as the minimum purchase price, we will reject your offer.

If your offer is rejected, we will send your items back to you or send you a counter-offer by e-mail for which we would purchase your items (counter-offer). This counter offer is valid for 14 days from the date the e-mail is sent to you.

If you do not accept our counter offer within 14 days or reject our counter offer, we will return your items to you.

2.7 Multiple devices

You can also offer us several items, which you can send to us in one shipment.

§3 Shipping conditions - Transport risk - Transport damage

3.1 Free shipping

From a minimum purchase price of Euro 100.00 for devices from Germany and Euro 200.00 from EU countries, shipping is free of charge for you if you use our shipping label.

3.2 Shipping with costs

If the minimum purchase price falls below the amount of Euro 100.00 for appliances from Germany and Euro 200.00 from EU countries, we will ship the goods to you at your expense.

3.3 Packaging

You are obliged to pack the items carefully and protect them against damage during shipping, i.e. against breakage, falling and the like. Make sure the devices are packed in sturdy cardboard and insulated, for example with bubble wrap. Please contact DHL for more information.

3.4 Shipping risk - transport risk - transport damage

The shipment of your items to us is at your own risk. This applies to the loss of your devices as well as to damage during transportation.

§4 Payment

If we accept your offer, we will arrange payment to you within 24 hours of receipt, completed verification and commercial processing. Either to the bank account you have given us or to your PayPal e-mail address.

If you decide to pay out by bank transfer to your bank account, you bear the risk of an incorrect transfer due to incorrect bank details. Depending on the bank and country, payouts will be credited to your bank account 2 to 7 working days after we have instructed you to do so. In the event of a transfer abroad, you will be responsible for any costs incurred. Please ask your bank about any costs for your specific transfer request.

If you decide to pay out to your PayPal account, you bear the risk of an incorrect transfer due to incorrect details of your PayPal account.

§5 Special obligations of the seller / guarantees

5.1 Ownership - third party rights

By submitting your offer to us, you assure us that you are the legal owner of the item offered to us and that you are entitled to sell the item and provide us with ownership.

You also ensure that the articles are free of third-party rights.

5.2 Passwords, personal data

You undertake to remove passwords from devices or items that are protected by passwords or that prevent the device from being tested and/or resold before shipping. If it is not possible for you to remove the passwords, you must inform us of the passwords.

You are obliged to delete/remove personal data, in particular telephone and contact addresses, photos, files stored/applied by/on the devices before sending them.

We accept no liability for data that is not deleted/removed.

We are entitled to completely delete/remove any remaining (personal) data on your device. This is carried out by means of data erasure in accordance with the BSI standard (3x cycle). After the process, the data on the storage media is irretrievably deleted.

§6 Contract language, contract text storage

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

We will store your offer for an indefinite period of time and until you send us a written request to delete your account and the data associated with the account.

We will send you the offer data and our GTC in text form. You can also access the purchase process at any time via your customer account on our platform.

§7 Other regulations

7.1 Written form

Amendments or additions to these GTC must be made in writing. This also applies to the waiver of the written form requirement.

7.2 Choice of law, place of jurisdiction

German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods with the exception of mandatory standards of the country in which you have your habitual residence at the time the contract is concluded.

For all disputes arising/existing in connection with the sale of appliances to us, the place of jurisdiction shall be 76829 Landau, unless otherwise stipulated by law

7.3 Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=DE. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
